We are committed to the concept of slow fashion and our products are ethically made using local artisanal techniques.
In our SS 2024 collection, we have included also Linen which is an eco-friendly fabric, as the flax plant from which it’s derived requires fewer pesticides and less water compared to other crops. This makes a linen scarf not only a stylish choice but also a sustainable one.
What inspired you to start your brand?
It all started back in 2016 when I moved to London and realised I couldn’t find high-quality scarves that didn’t cost a fortune. Despite my passion for beautiful, timeless accessories, life had other plans. I began a career in interior design, got married, and became a mother of two boys.
But last year, while juggling family life and the challenges of returning to work, I rediscovered my passion for scarves. It felt like the perfect time to turn my dream into reality. I began reaching out to suppliers, meeting them, requesting samples, and carefully curating each design.
And just like that, Pashmisy was born—bringing together luxury, craftsmanship, and affordability. My goal was simple: to create scarves that are as elegant as they are accessible, without compromising on quality.
What sustainability principles do you follow for production and in within your business?
At Pashmisy, we work with small, family-run suppliers to ensure that our products are ethically made. We place a strong emphasis on respecting the environment by utilizing eco-friendly production processes that are gentle on nature. We believe in creating fashion that is not only beautiful but also sustainable—making it a choice you can feel proud of.
How do you come up with the designs?
We believe that wearing something colourful can do more than just brighten your outfit—it can express happiness and elevate your overall elegance. Our vibrant designs are created to bring joy and confidence to your style, ensuring that you not only look but feel your best.
Do you collaborate with designers/artists?
Our designers are based in Italy however, we are open to collaborating with any UK-based designers.
Where are you located?
London and everything is shipped from London as the stock is in London.
Are there plans for expansion?
Our aim is to grow our brand in the UK market and Internationally as we have just started to ship to US, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
