From Friday, 27th September to 4th October 2024, Enter Gallery hosted The Mix, a dynamic exhibition celebrating the vibrant creativity of some of the most exciting contemporary artists. The exhibition, which has now come to a close, offered art lovers an eclectic array of original works, ranging from paintings and illustrations to striking mixed-media pieces.

The Mix was a highlight of the gallery’s annual calendar, bringing together a carefully curated collection of original artworks from both well-known and emerging talents in the art world. Visitors were treated to a visual feast, with each piece providing a fresh perspective on contemporary art while remaining accessible to a diverse audience.

Among the artists featured were Charlotte Rose, SYMBLE, Broken Fingaz, and many more, each contributing their unique vision and pushing the boundaries of creativity. Charlotte Rose, for instance, captivated audiences with her deeply personal exploration of British emotional restraint, encapsulated in her piece 100G of Stiff Upper Lip. Reflecting on her work, Rose shared, “As an artist, I grapple with the stiff upper lip attitude, the kind that brushes emotions under the carpet. In my art, I rarely let anyone see behind the curated facade.”

Many of the artworks featured in the Enter Gallery The Mix art exhibition have been sold, but you will find many more beautiful, contemporary art that is still available.

SYMBLE, a rising star in the art world, dazzled visitors with his reimagining of iconic pop and street art, drawing inspiration from artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol. Meanwhile, Broken Fingaz Crew brought their bold, psych-pop art, infused with humour and socio-political commentary, making The Mix a truly unforgettable experience.

The exhibition was celebrated with a private view on the 27th of September, attended by art enthusiasts, collectors, and artists alike. Enter Gallery’s founder, Lawrence Alkin, remarked on the success of the event, stating, “At Enter Gallery, we believe in the power of original art to inspire and connect. The Mix showcased the extraordinary talent and diversity of the contemporary art scene, offering something truly special to our visitors.”

With every piece in the exhibition being an original, attendees had the rare opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind artworks. As The Mix has now concluded, it leaves behind a legacy of innovation and creativity, further cementing Enter Gallery’s reputation as a leading space for contemporary art.

For over 30 years, Enter Gallery has been a driving force in promoting both emerging and established artists, providing a platform where tradition meets artistic rebellion. Their commitment to showcasing works that challenge, inspire, and excite ensures their continued influence in the global art scene.
