At PLEB Mag, we are always on the lookout for inspiring stories, innovative products, and unique voices that align with our mission of celebrating sustainable living, creativity, and the arts. Whether you’re an independent artist, a sustainable brand, or a writer with a fresh perspective, we invite you to submit your work or story for consideration.

Who Can Submit?

  • Artists & Creatives: Are you an artist, designer, or craftsperson with a passion for sustainability and creativity? We’re interested in featuring your work, and selling it in our online store.*

  • Sustainable Brands: If you’re a brand that prioritises ethical practices, eco-friendly products, and sustainable innovation, we’d love to share your story with our readers. We welcome submissions from fashion labels, interior designers, travel companies, and more.

  • Writers & Storytellers: Whether you’re an established author or an emerging voice, we’re interested in publishing compelling articles, essays, and stories that explore themes of sustainability, art, and culture.

*For artists, please see our Terms & Conditions for being included within our online gallery and possibly our future offline exhibitions before submitting your artworks.

  1. We reserve the right to not include your artwork on PLEB Magazine’s Art Gallery and to sell your artwork through the PLEB Group.
  2. To be included in the PLEB Group’s associated online magazine and any future offline exhibitions and events a contract between PLEB Group and the subsequent artist and/or art gallery must be completed and signed prior to inclusion.
  3. PLEB Group will take a 30% commission on all artworks sold. Please price your works accordingly. Payment will be made to artists soon after the artwork is sold, and no later than two weeks. This commission helps us to promote and market your artworks to collectors.
  4. The owner of the artwork must organise to ship the artwork as soon as possible after the purchase has been made and no later than two weeks afterwards.
  5. If the product is returned, the artist must repay the money to PLEB Group with immediate effect. The cost of shipping of returned goods will fall on the purchaser.
  6. Shipping will be charged to purchasers together with their order and will be based on the country of origin and the shipping destination. Please add extra on your artworks price for packaging the artwork correctly and to pay for any associated insurance. The owner of the artwork will be paid the shipping amount recorded at the checkout, in full together with the artworks sale price and minus the 30% PLEB Group fee.
  7. Make sure you weigh and measure your artwork properly when submitting your artwork to be featured in the PLEB Magazine online Gallery and future offline events. We require this for calculating accurate shipping costs. If you do not weigh and measure accurately, any extra shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner of the artwork.
  8. In the artist and PLEB Group contract for the sale of artworks, you must agree to package and ship your artworks as per the guidelines in the contract. Failure to do so will be an immediate cause for you to return the funds paid to you to PLEB Group. We are aware that this sounds harsh, but it is of the utmost importance that our customers’ receive their goods in a neat, tidy and safe way that reflects on the PLEB Group brand. If you are unsure how to package your artwork please reach out to [email protected] and we would be happy to help. It might also be possible for a PLEB Group employee to pick up your item, package and ship it for you, but this will come at an extra cost to you. When you fill out the form, please include your address and if you would prefer PLEB Group to pick up the artwork. We will notify you if a pick up is possible and the associated extra cost that will need to be paid prior to the artwork being picked up as a separate payment to the artworks sale and shipping price. If you would prefer to ship the artwork to PLEB for us to ship it to the purchaser, please contact us at [email protected] and we will let you know if this is possible.
  9. AI generated artwork will not be considered at this stage and you will be required to sign a clause in your contract stating that your artwork is not AI generated.
  10. For digital artworks that will be sold as NFTs, that are not already uploaded to a specific blockchain, we will charge gas fees for uploading the artwork that will be calculated based on the going gas fee rate on the time of upload. Please price your artwork accordingly. For all other digital artworks, you will be supplied with a link to upload your artworks after PLEB Group agrees to sell your artwork.
  11. You must provide a minimum of one high quality image with your submission. You may be asked to send PLEB Magazine a high resolution image if we agree to sell your artwork in the PLEB Magazine’s gallery and the PLEB Group’s offline events/exhibitions. The image should be taken from above of the flat artwork and contain no shine reflection. Make sure the left edge of the artwork is perpendicular to the edge of the image. If it is not we might reject the image or crop it ourselves. Please try not to use filters on the images and try to make sure the colours are as true as possible to the artwork. This will cut down on returns.
  12. Tariffs will not be included in the sale price and all purchasers will need to pay any associated tariffs. This is why it is of the utmost importance for you as the artworks owner to state the city and country where your artwork will be shipped from, at the time when the artwork will be shipped. For example, if you list the artworks sale location country as the United Kingdom, but are travelling overseas when you ship the item, you must include the specific country you will be shipping the item from with your artworks submission. Otherwise the shipping rates and purchaser tariffs will not be correct.
  13. Your artwork might not appear in the PLEB Magazine art Gallery straight away. Please be patient. We will notify you once it is included and send you an associated link to share.
  14. Inclusion in the PLEB Art Gallery does not necessarily mean you will be included in a feature article, although we will do our best to promote your artwork as best we can.
  15. All artworks must be original and free from copyright infringements. We will do our best to undertake due diligence prior to inclusion in the PLEB Art Gallery and associated offline events and marketing initiatives, but PLEB is not responsible for any copyright infringements.
  16. Everybody is welcome at PLEB, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion and country of origin.
