With panel discussions in cooperation with Zalando, a catwalk show and a networking event to promote diversity in fashion, it’s sure to be a great event, filled with interesting conversations.
The catwalk show, supported by River Island, will feature diverse influencers, models and well-known industry personalities, all wearing the latest fashion from high street brands. Jaxon Feeley, a trans community advocate said about the event: “This is such an honour to be a part of this show – run by good people doing good things. When we all come together we can make magic happen, and focus on the joy that can be created by true inclusion”.
Well known model and diversity advocate, Ellie Goldstein, who has worked for Gucci, Nike and been a Vogue cover girl, will also be in attendance.
The event runs from 4pm – 10pm. Follow Models of Diversity on Instagram for ticket information.
Models of Diversity has held inclusive and diverse catwalks during London Fashion week since 2010, with the support of the British Fashion Council. Angel Sinclair, CEO of Models of Diversity, set up the organisation over sixteen years ago, after seeing first-hand the disparity between the models on the runway and real people, who come in all different shapes, sizes and have different super powers.
